
Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for bookkeeping services provided by Atchison Bookkeeping, LLC ("Service Provider," "We," "Us," or "Our") to clients ("Client," "You," or "Your").
By engaging our services, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
1. Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required to secure your appointment or service. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of services if the client proceeds with our services. However, the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellation of services or failure to attend an appointment.
2. Refunds for Services Provided
Once bookkeeping services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued. This includes any fees for services already performed, such as financial reports, consultations, or other related work.
3. Cancellations

Cancellation by Client: If the client wishes to cancel scheduled services, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If a cancellation occurs after this time, the client may still be charged for the booked services or any work already completed.

Cancellation by Service Provider: If we are unable to provide services as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client and either reschedule the services or issue a full refund of any fees paid for services, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If a client initiates a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider (such as a credit card company), the client acknowledges that they are still responsible for the non-refundable booking fee and any services already rendered. We may pursue legal action if necessary to recover any outstanding payments.
5. Modifications to Services
Any modifications to the scope of services once the agreement has been finalized may result in additional charges. If the client chooses to cancel a portion of the agreed-upon services after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for the completed work.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests for any reason other than the non-refundable booking fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, but please note that all fees for completed services are non-refundable.
